This picture is obviously photoshopped. He got caught picking his nose so they added in the coke bottle to make it seem less “weird.”

Yeah of course. I mean, you wouldn’t want to get YOUR hands dirty now would you? The only downside is he is now at risk for Athlete’s Foot in his nose. Yes, it is possible. I saw it on House/

This guy is awesome. Look at his eyes- he knows it. MARRY him…
However, I don’t think his foot is supporting the weight of the coke. I think he’s holding it up with his mouth (conventional hands-free coke), and then wrapping his toes around the mouth of the bottle, to make it look like that. Awesome.
I don’ think I would like the smeel of my feet while eating/drinking. Oh well, I believe is one of those things you get used to…

That’s how you do it when custom calls for wiping without toilet paper! Foot smell better than hand.
