How very.. er.. heartwarming.
The little guy’s happy because mom loves him again after days of whippings. Dad’s happy because he sprayed the graffiti on the building, and soon there will be no more evidence. The big kid is just chillin because hey, I’ve got a fuckin bird on my shirt and a dope haircut. Finally, mom’s happy because she’s going to steal the orange cone and stick it in her dirty little fun spot, often.

As far as I know, in some cities fire fighters will set fire to old buildings that will be torn down eventually and are far away from other buildings/public places for practice.
Hate to rain on the parade of WTFness, but it’s not so WTF, it’s a training burn…Been on a dozen of them…Very common for Fire Dept’s to burn acquired structures for training.
