OMG!!! This must be a pic from the “toys for tots” motorcycle run that’s on every year in a few metropolitan areas! Awesome holiday charity fundraiser. But it does make for the weirdest sights one can see.

You may have a point, but even gay bikers have been known to contribute to that cause. And many of the bikers have been known to dress up for that event. Santa, bears, and anything else as silly.
as for his costume….it is a bit creepy. Obviously there is a disembodied bear head somewhere out in the world. Let’s hope it is not on a pike!
