Actually I saw an article about this on Digg. It’s an artist and his brother who are living on the outside wall of an art gallery. They plan to stay there until late August, I believe. Here’s a link to an article about them…

It’s an artsy project alright, but it’s located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I work right beside it and can tell you: these people are crazy! lol

As hot as it’s been around here, I can understand why they’re sleeping outside.
Obviously a total violation of the Landlord-Tenant Ordinance. This is an illegal apartment if I ever saw one. I forsee massive fines in the future.
