@bogdan the biggest three do, they’re just sort of obscured by the angles since they’re hanging all the way to the ground. It’s hard to tell if the little ones do.
@Bogdan
Actually, take a look at the biggest one in the picture. The dark patch behind his walking staff is his left leg; they’re much farther apart. Those rounded bulbous things under his stomach that are reaching down to the ground are NOT his legs.
@Douche
Its me in the picture. A friend took this of me when we were in Japan, out in the country where the tourists don’t normally go. I so wish I got a picture of the Tanuki shaped building…
Oh man! I’ve been to this place! What a small freaking world! Out in the country, somewhere around Kyoto I think. That’s assuming there isn’t more than one of this place. CAN YOU IMAGINE THERE BEING MORE THAN ONE?

Tom Nook’s hired his whole family to finally collect all the Bells you owe him! RUN!
Dude, I would so surrender.
What’s sad is that these Tanuki don’t have the massive balls they’re famous for. They would totally be the most intimidating army in the world.
Some people collect coins. Some collect stamps. And then there are those who collect gorillas wearing hats. Hmm.
Is it wrong that I reallyreally want one? Anyone know who the artist is?
Haha! Tanuki attack!
[Those are racoon-like critters, by the way.. Not gorilla. Wiki Tanuki.
“They followed me home from school, mom. Can I keep them?”

These are for sale all over Japan, so if you want one you can get them anywhere there. If you want the army, go to Shigaraki in Shiga Pref.
