My take on this is that they have built themselves a highly mobile wifi-mooching rig. Drive around town, find an unsecured hotspot, leech it til someone notices.

@93D I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I once read that they reuse license tags over there, and that having a lower number like this guy does is some sort of prestige thing.

well, the owners sometimes resell the license tags for really high prices to the point that it makes you facepalm. Some of the really low-digit numbers go for prices that are around the prices of fancy cars :/
