This is not photoshopped – this beggar was quite popular in Prague about 3 years ago. He was’nt catching nothing – he was just posing for tourists.

Oh no. Education time again.
Sewers are pipes for sewerage (sewage for Americans), That is a street drain which is obviously intended to catch water run-off hence it is a storm-water drain. The two are not interchangeable, unlike what American television, film and literature would have you believe. Almost every subterranean pipe you have ever seen someone walk down on TV is a storm-water drain NOT a sewer.
