Actually, no, it’s not a fetish suit or anything like that. I’m quite sure it’s from the production of the movie “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”, and is part of the “Vogon” costume. I believe I recognize it from a behind the scenes thing. It looks a lot like it, but I’m not too sure about the setting, doesn’t look like a production or something.
