Sheep racing is one of the less peculiar “quirky” spring bank-holiday type activity that Britain has to offer. Our crowning glory is two hundred people hurling themselves down a ridiculously steep hill in pursuit of a cheese.

This really is at The Big Sheep, in Devon, UK. I’ve been loads of times, my little sister loves the sheep racing. You can bet on the winner and if you win you get a pin badge or a mug. Good times.
Also the sheep are not harmed in any way. Or molested.
