Further proof that it’s obviously photoshopped: If the girl was practising what she preached (which we know must happen, because hypocrisy is extinct in our moral nation), she would be eating bacon. Therefore, she would not be so freakishly emaciated. From this, one can conclude that it was a different message that she was originally preaching, one probably rejecting bacon and explaining her emaciation. Take the bacon, people! Take it and live!
