yes i do. I was on a camp last year that had different groups of people there. we were going into the communal dining room when another group were coming out. the first woman was dressed like she’d been in a little girls dress-up box. her make-up was…. like a cross between a clown/something from the movie SAW and the woman in the above picture. I held my breath cos i immediately recognized a group of mental health patients, but when i got to my seat and looked at my friends, we all cracked up. Then realised how awful we were. Then cracked up again!!
I…I…I just can’t fathom what made her put on that make up…aside from mental illness…
I am also quite scared…and I can’t look away =/

She always seemed happy to me. I was in Chico a zillion years ago and Flo was cruising the town on a daily basis. True, her face didn’t show it, she has a rather flat affect, but if you talk to her she’s fine.

I remember Flo from way back in the ’80s in Chico. Back then she used to hang out at the McDonalds. If she got mad, she had a mouth like a sailor. She must have mellowed with age. Great to see here again!

Yeah, Chico CA. And this is Flo on a pretty good day. Sometimes I’ve passed her walking down the street and see her after she has applied blush on her cheeks and is wearing that red tutu thing she wears… not something you see everyday.

I’m a waiter at the Denny’s. I know Flo. Ever since her husband (the last of her family) died in an accident she has chosen not to speak. Despite this, she is a very kind woman. She never orders any food, just beverage after beverage after beverage and she barely drinks any of them. My coworker says that she orders a hot chocolate for her son and a coffee for her husband (both dead). She always leaves a fair tip.

Using this for a “rickrolled’” type viral linking campaign would really disturb people…it’s just what we need.
I saw that picture and had to do a triple-take. The woman looks way too much like my late grandmother did when she had to put some stuff on her face to treat a sunburn that sent her to the hospital(she fell asleep on the beach in Jamaica). My g’ma would go out to places like that, looking like that, because she though it was hilarious to watch people’s reactions. The girl with the glasses looks way too much like a cousin of mine. Said cousin was born more than three years after the incident though.
RE: Brian Peppers. Why the heck is anyone going to hell for googling him? Unless, of course you didn’t read the article explaining what really happened and believe all the stupid stuff instead, then, yeah, you are. He lives in a nursing home and allegedly groped a nurse. His “relative” believes him that it was an accident, but I don’t. If I looked like that, was as intelligent as he is and was stuck in a wheelchair and home, I’d grab at her just to scare her. It’d be funny as heck till she filed charges and all.
I’ve lived in a nursing home and believe that most people there lose there sanity after they move in from sheer boredom and frustration.

I was shocked to see Flo on here. She’s quite the character and for how interestingly she dresses and applies her makeup, when you talk with her, she’s quite nice and coherent! Unfortunate to see in the comments though that she apparently is no longer speaking due to her husband’s death.. She came through my line a couple times when I cashiered at Wal-Mart and she was really sweet.
